At Safegaard, we aim to process and deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible within Europe and the United States. All EU orders are shipped from Belgium, all US orders are shipped from the United States.

Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been processed and shipped.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Belgium: 2-4 business days

  • Netherlands: 2-4 business days

  • Germany: 4-6 business days

  • France: 4-6 business days

  • United States: 2-3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

It may take up to 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the shipment has been dispatched.

Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, peak periods, strikes, incorrect address details, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your package is delayed, we recommend first checking the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

Lost, damaged, or stolen packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at support@safegaard.co within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the packaging and product.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.

We are not responsible for stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Split shipments

In some cases, an order may be shipped in multiple packages. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking updates where applicable.

Pre-orders

If you purchase a pre-order item, the estimated shipping date will be stated on the product page.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order may be held until all items are ready to ship unless stated otherwise.
