Safegaard is a brand created by collectors to protect and display sealed trading card products. We design premium acrylic cases for Pokémon Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs), Booster Boxes and 2026 Booster Bundles, with SafeStack™ alignment, thick acrylic panels and bulk discounts for growing collections.

Our collecting story started in 1999

We opened our first Pokémon Base Set booster packs in 1999. The excitement of opening a pack stayed with us, and over the years our collecting grew to include sealed products we wanted to keep for the long term.

As our collection grew, so did the value we placed on protecting it. We were looking for high-quality acrylic cases for our treasured ETBs, booster boxes and other sealed products: cases that would give us peace of mind about the collection we had built.

Safegaard grew from those same needs. We design the protection we want to use in our own collection, with care for the details that matter for us and other collectors.

SafeStack™ stacking design

Protection was only part of the challenge. We also wanted to display our sealed products in neatly aligned towers or a wall of cases, without constantly adjusting boxes that had shifted out of place.

That is why we designed SafeStack™, our patented stacking system for the acrylic cases. It keeps your cases aligned and prevents them from sliding.

The result is a clean, consistent display that can grow alongside your collection. Whether you prefer a small stack or several stacks arranged into a display wall, SafeStack™ brings the same attention to alignment to every matching case.

Thick acrylic for long-term protection

We wanted cases that feel substantial and protective, so we could enjoy displaying valuable sealed products with confidence. Our sealed-product acrylic cases use 8 mm thick side panels and 5 mm thick front and back panels, combining a sturdy construction with a crystal-clear view of the product inside.

UV protection backed by a measured result

Long-term protection also meant paying attention to UV light. We wanted the highest quality acrylic that lets you enjoy your collection while drastically reducing UV exposure, rather than choosing panels for clarity alone.

That's why all of our cases use high quality acrylic that is regularly tested for 99.2% UV blocking across 200–400 nm on a 5 mm acrylic sample.

UV protection is one part of caring for a sealed collection. We still recommend displaying collectibles away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.

Bulk discounts, because collections keep growing

We know the feeling: every new addition to the collection needs protection of its own. As collectors ourselves, we valued being able to buy several high-quality cases at a better price per case.

That is why we will always offer bulk discounts for collectors buying more than one acrylic case. Protecting a growing collection should come with savings that grow with it. Available multipacks and their savings are shown on each product page.
